February 1, 2025 — Philippine Consul General Gina Jamoralin requests Filipinos in BC, Yukon, and Northwest Territories to register with the PCG to enable the Consulate to contact them in case of emergencies, whether manmade or natural.
Registration which starts on January 1 is voluntary and can be done by filling out the information in the Google form via the QR code below.
The emergency contact information will enable the Consulate to provide those who are registered with updated advisories and announcements especially during disasters. Personal information will be managed and protected in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act 2012).
Personal information provided in the emergency registry will be exclusively used by the Consulate to reach out and connect with Filipinos in its area of responsibility in times of emergencies such as wildfires, earthquake or tornados which can happen in BC, Yukon and Northwest territories.
